• Each caregiver is carefully matched to the client and their personal needs
• All our caregivers are well trained to meet the special needs of your aging relative, we have a communication system between our caregivers and our professional staff designed to assure the highest quality of care available.
• The caregivers are part of a team which includes supervision by Geriatric Care Manager Nurses and Geriatric Care Manager Social Workers
• A member of our professional staff (Nurse/ Social Worker) is on-call for PE.A.C.E with A.G.E. clients 24/7
• Every client receives an assessment by the Geriatric Care Management Team to develop a personalized Plan of Care and will continue to update the Plan of Care as needed

Our Home Care services provide your elderly relative the safety and security of being in a familiar environment, with a good quality of life and peace of mind to family members. Typical services provided to our clients and their family members include:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and incontinence care • Appointments, errands, shopping, and pleasure outings • Help with toileting, exercising, and ambulation • Proper skin care to prevent sores and tears • Proper nutrition and meal preparation

• Companionship and socialization • Light housekeeping and laundry • Personal transportation • Medication reminders

Respite Home Care

This service is designed to give the primary family caregiver a valueable break from the routine stress of daily care giving and the peace of mind, knowing their relative is with a well-trained and managed caregiver. P.E.A.C.E. with A.G.E. can provide Respite Care for as long as needed, every day or intermittently. Respite care provides the primary caregiver time to:
